E. W. Millward returned from the South Pacific Theater in April, 1945, received his honorable discharge from the Air Force in September along with millions of other veterans, and entered U.C.L.A. During the summer vacation in 1947, he secured his Insurance Agents and Brokers Licenses and started an agency at 78th and Western Ave., Los Angeles. The agency prospered due, in part, to one guiding principal; "Never sell an Insurance Program to a prospect that you would not buy yourself." This concept eliminated all expensive frills but maintained essential coverage for every client. Fifty years later, it still does.

In 1965, the agency purchased an office building on Bixel St., Los Angeles (now part of the Staples Center), Weston S. Millward joined the firm in 1974, and the Agency, happily, moved to Orange County in 1978. In 1983, the agency purchased an office Condo in Laguna Hills. In 2004 the agency moved into a new building in Lake Forest to serve our clients' needs more efficiently.

What we have to offer:
Since 1947 the Agency has expanded to 12 employees, represent 15 Insurance Carriers and Broker for over 50 others. The Agency sponsors over 10 State Wide Specific Insurance Programs and is licensed in 30 States across the USA. There are few agencies the write such a broad spectrum of interrelated coverages and programs under one roof. Some are Workers Compensation, Professional Liability (E&O), Directors & Officers (D&O), Property and Liability Packages, Commercial Automobile and Employment Practices Liability (EPLI).

Continuing Changes:
We now have the capability of quoting 5 carriers in house for same day binding and review. All carriers we represent are "A" rated or higher. We are one of the few Agencies that represent 5 Workers Compensation carriers. In addition, we have developed State Wide specific Programs. A few are listed below:
